Growing U E-mail

Growing UWhat if you still looked like you did when you were two years old?  Think about it . . . you’re walking around your junior high campus in diapers, sucking on a pacifier, everyone looks like giants because you only go up to their knees, your friends always pinch you on your cute, chubby little cheeks.  If that really happened, it would be obvious that something had gone seriously wrong with your growth.  Junior highers aren’t supposed to look like two year olds!

Growing up physically doesn’t really take much effort.  You eat a few meals each day, drink plenty of water, go to the doctor for a check-up now and then, and as a result . . . you grow!

However, growing up spiritually doesn’t come quite as easily.  It takes work to grow in our understanding of God, His Word, and His plan for our lives.  Because it takes work, many Christians decide not to grow.  Lots of adult Christians are still two years old when it comes to spiritual things.

That’s why we are doing this study!  We want to help you grow in your faith, and this set of studies will take an up-close look at some of the key areas that will help you do just that. Each lesson is designed to help you develop some habits that, if applied to your life, will keep you from wearing spiritual diapers!
